Dave has worked in life sciences for over 15 years with extensive experience in supply chain management, process improvement, and product line management, as well as prior experiences in automotive and consumer products.
Dave joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2007 as the Director of Practical Process Improvement where he guided a $350 million division through a continuous improvement journey adapting the principles of lean, six sigma and basic problem solving. Over the next several years he successfully supported multiple divisions across the organization in a variety of leadership roles including Global Aerosol Product Line Manager in Environmental Process Monitoring, Director of Global Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment, and Vice President of Global Services & Supply Chain in the Laboratory Equipment division. In 2014, Dave led as the VP of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s corporate Practical Process Improvement Business System helping define the business system and driving $200 million annualized savings. In 2016 Dave took a new role as Vice President & General Manager of Fisher BioServices based in Rockville, Maryland. His extensive experience in analytical business management and process improvement will continue to drive the BioServices business forward as the leader in critical biological material management.
Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Dave held leadership roles with Procter & Gamble, Pall Corporation, and Delphi Automotive Systems. Dave holds a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
