Undergraduate Real Estate Minor Overview

The real estate minor is open to all undergraduate students at Lehigh University, irrespective of the student’s home college or department.  Real estate courses are taken in parallel with a student’s chosen academic major and, consistent with the multidisciplinary nature of the industry, integrates topics across a wide range of fields.

Program Overview

An update to the program structure and course content went into effect with the Fall 2019 semester. Students must complete 5 courses; 3 required and 2 elective.

The capstone practicum course (REAL 348) is offered in the spring and culminates in the Collins Family Scholarship Competition, where cash prizes are awarded to the winning team.  Pre-requisites must be completed prior to the start of the semester in which a student intends to participate in the practicum.
