Break Out of the Pack

Break Out of the Pack

Impactful programs for high-potential professionals who are ready to discover that next "aha!" moment.

Impact of COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have postponed our on-campus programs. We will let you know when conditions allow us to resume. In the meantime, we are re-designing some of our existing programs, and selectively adding new content to address the needs of our clients in the post COVID-19 age. These programs are being designed to provide you with concrete takeaways that can be immediately implemented back in the office. To accomplish this, we rely heavily on content that is short duration, high impact, and grounded in Adult Learning Theory. It is our promise to you that all programs will target the knowledge, skills and attitudes/beliefs that you need to succeed – whether that be at your current level or for your targeted next career step.

In the meantime, best wishes for safe, sane and successful days!

Kitchen Table Talks

Lehigh Business Vistex Institute for Executive Learning & Research developed a series of short talks by our faculty to help business owners and individuals cope during the COVID-19 pandemic. These videos give insight into how and why the stock market is reacting, the changes in federal income tax, financing options to help make ends meet, the plight of the service industries, why COBOL still matters, what supply chains are with a close look at the food and goods supply chains (Why is there no toilet paper!), and more.

Why COBOL is Affecting the COVID-19 Response

Troy A. Adair, Jr., Ph.D., professor of practice in the department of data and technology analytics at Lehigh University's College of Business talks about how and why the computer language COBOL, developed in 1959, is playing a part in the coronavirus pandemic.

How COVID-19 is Affecting Agriculture Supply Chains

Phillip S. Coles, M.B.A., M.S., professor of practice in the department of Decision and Technology Analytics at Lehigh University's College of Business talks about why there is no food shortage, but there are a lot of bare shelves in the supermarkets.
