FLEX MBA Admissions
Admission for the Lehigh FLEX MBA Program is made on a rolling basis throughout the year for Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. If you are accepted into the program, it's important to know that you will need to put down an enrollment deposit.

FLEX MBA Application Deadlines
A complete application must be received by the listed deadlines. Deadlines that fall on a weekend or holiday are extended to the next business day.
We recommend that you start gathering your materials a few months in advance of the application deadline. This ensures that you have enough time to request transcripts from your undergraduate institution, register for and take the GMAT or GRE, and obtain letters of recommendations from past professors or employers.

The Lehigh FLEX MBA application essay should provide a summary of your career objectives and relevant work experience with reference to the chosen field of graduate study, and the leadership experience and skills you will bring to your peer group. This is your opportunity to set yourself apart from the other applicants, in your own words. The essay should be uploaded in the online application.
Your professional resume should list your education and professional achievements. Include your computing skills. The resume should be uploaded in the online application.
Candidates must have at least two years of full-time, professional post-baccalaureate employment. Internships and co-ops do not apply to the two-year minimum rule.
Either the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is required of all entering applicants.
Official Scores must be from exams taken within the past five (5) years.
Please use the proper program code shown below to have your official scores sent to Lehigh. Our office keeps GMAT scores on file for a period of five years. Official scores normally arrive at the MBA office two weeks after the exam has been taken.

MBA & Engineering:
- Use the appropriate FLEX MBA program pace designation code for all engineering disciplines except Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, which require submission of GRE scores only.

GMAT/GRE Waiver Policy
Applicants who hold an academic doctorate, juris doctorate, or medical doctorate will automatically be exempt from having to submit GMAT/GRE scores (must be equivalent to a U.S. Doctoral degree from an accredited university).
Applicants to the program MAY be considered for a waiver of the GMAT/GRE requirement if one of the two following conditions are met: a bachelor's degree combined with 10 years of full-time professional experience OR a master's degree combined with a minimum of 6 years of full-time professional experience. The nature of the professional experience, previous academic record, and other professional distinctions will all be considered in the review process and not all applicants will qualify for a test exemption.
Waiver applicants must submit all application requirements except GMAT/GRE scores by completing an application through the .
When applicants arrive at the Supplemental Information section of the application, requirements for the GMAT/GRE score waiver are listed. Please review and select the requirement that applies to you.
Applicants must select an application term in the Program Information section of the application. If the desired start term is not yet available, select the next upcoming term from the options and indicate the intended start term in the Additional Information field of the Supplemental Information section. The application start term can be changed upon request.
The GMAT/GRE waiver request will be reviewed by the MBA Admissions Committee when all other required documentation has been received.
You must submit official transcripts from ALL universities attended, all post-secondary education including transfer credits. Official transcripts bear the signature of the university's registrar and the seal of the issuing institution. The official transcripts must be submitted to us in a sealed envelope and may not be opened by you. In addition, copies of transcripts should be uploaded to the online application.

International applicants, in general, must have 16 years of formal education, including four years at the university level, to be considered for admission to the Lehigh FLEX MBA program. Applicants should submit official English translations. If credentials do not record the awarding of the degree received, you must submit certified true copies of your diplomas. If credentials do not show the grading system used by the university, you must also submit a separate official statement from the university that gives this information.
International students who cannot provide the required documentation will have to supply a Course by Course Evaluation (fees for this service are the responsibility of the applicant). The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, www.naces.org lists a number of accredited evaluation companies that can provide Course by Course Evaluations.
Applicants from China:
CollegeNet China Credential Service - Applicants from Chinese institutions may request and submit official transcripts directly through the graduate application. Requests are submitted and processed by CHESICC. A service fee of $12 is charged by CollegeNET.
After entering your college/institution in the educational history section of the graduate application, you will have the option to order official documents.
The processing time for the CHESICC documents is approximately 20 days.
When your CHESICC electronic documents are processed and received by Lehigh University, you will not need to send paper transcripts.
Questions should be directed to the Graduate Programs Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your full name, name of college/university and whether your application has been submitted or is in progress.
You will enter your recommenders' information through the online application. Once complete, a web link will automatically be emailed to the recommender. Applicants are asked to submit recommendations from current and previous supervisors who can attest to their leadership potential, work ethic, and overall performance within the organization.
Letters from company direct reports/subordinates, family members, or friends will not be considered. Paper copies of letters of recommendation will not be accepted.
Applicants whose native language is not English are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language® or the International English Language Testing System exam. All international students must show proof of English Proficiency to be admitted to Lehigh.
A student's english proficiency test date may not be older than two years at the time of your application to the program. The Lehigh FLEX MBA program will continue to accept all versions of the TOEFL test as long as the scores come directly from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Scores must be received directly from ETS to be considered official. Lehigh's institution code number is: 2365. IELTS information can be found at ielts.org. Official test scores must be submitted from the testing agencies directly in order for this requirement to be satisfied.

FLEX MBA Enrollment Deposit
All domestic students must submit a $250.00 deposit when accepting the offer of admission to secure a place in the program. International students must submit a $1,000.00 deposit. The deposit must be received by the specific deadline noted in the offer letter. The deposit will be applied to tuition. A student who does not matriculate forfeits the deposit.
