You will learn about the recruiting process, refine your resume and cover letter, and define your personal brand.

2. Nine Months And Two Academic Semesters

Course work focuses on the core areas of business and management and includes marketing, management, accounting, finance, statistics, and economics. Graduate faculty use a combination of classroom lectures, case studies, classroom discussions and Team Projects with the program culminating with a capstone course that ties together all the learning and concepts by utilizing a hands-on business simulation.

3. Building Your Executive Presence Through Professional Development

Central to the MS in Management program is the focus on intentional and continual exposure to personal and professional development. Beginning with an intense array of professional development programs and job search workshops during orientation, topics are enhanced and developed over the semesters by Career Services including on-site Career Trek visits to East Coast business centers such as New York and Philadelphia.

4. Experiential Learning

As enhancements to professional development, additional and optional experiential learning opportunities are offered. These include international business trips that enable you to meet with C-Suite individuals from some of the world’s leading international companies and highly visible small business consultancy projects through Pennsylvania’s number one Small Business Development Center.
