Dr. Carol-Anne Minski, 1-MBA Career Coach

Dr. Minski is founder and president of CMA Leadership Consultants. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, coaching, change management, leadership development, and peak performance training programs that achieve company goals to increase the bottom line. Carol-Anne designs leadership training and coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits. She consults in workforce planning and retention for healthcare, financial, manufacturing companies, and educational services. As a motivational speaker, Dr. Minski provides interactive workshops that inspire individuals to focus on success and take action. Topics include goal accomplishment, time management, stress management, and work/life balance.

Beginning with a career in the pharmaceutical industry, Carol-Anne provided strategic business management, and directed team-based corporate environments at McNeil Consumer Products Company, and Rhone Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals. As Director of Training and Workforce Development, Dr. Minski headed a training department for the Mid-Atlantic Employers Association, establishing innovative training initiatives for manufacturing and technology-based businesses. Carol-Anne also designed and directed career centers at Arcadia University, and Penn State University Campuses. As a professor, Dr. Minski taught graduate level organizational development, and human resource management courses. Carol-Anne has a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Organizational Systems, a Master of Business Administration from the Philadelphia University, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Arcadia University. Dr. Minski is a member of the International Coach Federation, Association for Talent Development, Association of Career Professionals, and Business Women Networking for Charity & Education. Carol-Anne is the Director of the BWNICE Corporate Mentor and Internship Programs. She is listed in Who’s Who of Women Executives, volunteered for the Montgomery County Women’s Center, and served on the Board of Directors for Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association.
