Ian Riccaboni’s day job is in the pharmaceutical arena. Off hours, he’s found time to be a professional wrestling announcer, an Arena Football League mascot, a school board member and a student in the FLEX MBA program. He says the online MBA experience has been perfect for his current life situation with two small children.

Skyler Mott spent the better part of the first 10 years of his life playing competitive chess. He has spent the last four years filling his CV with activities, pitch competitions and volunteer work while at Lehigh. According to Mott, it’s not the people with the best ideas, but the people who take action through strategic risk management who are most successful.

Samuel Rosin believes in surrounding yourself with people who challenge you so you can become the best version of yourself. He feels strongly that growth in business, and in life, comes from listening, adapting 
and being open to new perspectives. Rosen says he wishes he would have used more of his elective credits for communications courses.
