The Vistex Institute for Executive Education at Lehigh University College of Business is offering six new online programs this fall to give businesses the tools to adapt and grow while in the midst of the pandemic.

“These are short online sessions,” says Alison Peirce, executive director of the Vistex Institute. “They have meaningful yet manageable assignments allowing you to learn without taking you away from your flow of work. Upon completion of any one of our programs, you will better understand your organization, be able to create agile plans for the future, and participate meaningfully in discussions with senior leaders.”

The fall programs are:

Strategic Decision-Making and Leadership in a Crisis
Two 2-hour live online sessions Sept. 22 & 29 ($495)
Discover how to build agility into your decisions, making them with less available data and adjusting quickly as situations evolve. Learn important concepts and get the opportunity to develop questions to explore with the instructors and a peer group of leaders during the online sessions. Come away with advanced skills that will make an impact in your organization, both during and long after a crisis.

Creating the Environment for Courageous Inclusion
Six 3-hour live online sessions Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27, Nov. 10 & 17 ($1195)
Primer on the topic of inclusion. Designed for those who want to initiate positive change within their organization, team, or community. Participants will develop an understanding of the challenges to diversity, equity, and inclusion, perceive the mandate for change, and learn strategies and practices for overcoming the underlying issues.

Virtual Leadership: Essential Skills for Leading a Hybrid and Remote Workforce, Now and Post-COVID
Two 2-hour live online sessions Nov. 5 & 19 ($495)
Taught by Sacha Connor, virtual leadership expert and the founder of Virtual Work Insider™, a consultancy that coaches organizations to work seamlessly across distance, this program will help you meet current challenges and succeed well into the future, regardless of what it brings.

Project Management Foundations: Managing in a Virtual World
Four 3-hour online sessions Dec. 8, 10, 15 & 17 ($995)
Unlike other virtual programs, it builds a virtual classroom community that raises engagement and leverages the experiences of fellow learners. It also includes exercises and simulations designed to maximize knowledge retention. The program is accredited by the Project Management Institute and counts toward the education requirement for Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and aspiring PMPs.
