What Do Your Contributions Support?
- Helping to fund and ensure the success of various programs such as professional conferences, industry working groups, research partnerships, career fairs, and other like offerings
- Development and distribution of applicable research, tracking risk and uncovering trends across the industry
- Student tours of SCM facilities and operations, and other experiential learning opportunities for students
- Student research project(s) to explore a particular supply chain management issue within your company and offer possible solutions (Full and Research membership levels)
- Development of curriculum that aligns with the industry’s changing needs (provide insight and feedback in Advisory Council meetings and respond to surveys, questionnaires, etc.)
- Active participation on various committees/working groups, designed to connect and empower industry and academic professionals in shaping the future of the supply chain industry
Advisory Council and Membership Options
Each CSCRL Member Company, depending on membership level, may appoint up to three members to the CSCRL Advisory Council, which meets five times each year.
Advisory Council
- Industry members (limited to 25)
- All senior‐level representatives
- Provide linkage between industry/government and academia
- Be an advocate of the CSCRL in the global SCM community
- Be a resource to alumni, students, prospective students and faculty
- Have an understanding of industry trends/needs
- Provide support for expanding reach and influence of the CSCRL and Lehigh University SCM programs
- Assist in placing Lehigh University SCM students
Several CSCRL Member Companies and Advisory Council Members regularly send employees as students through the MBA-SCM program.
