Program Overview

Good ideas stall every day - not because they lack merit, but because moving them forward takes more than a strong case. This program tackles a challenge nearly every professional faces: how to push the changes you care about through resistance, competing priorities, and the everyday pull of "the way we've always done it."

Through change management frameworks and real-world application, you will work through the dynamics that stall change efforts, examine why resistance takes hold, and develop strategies to build genuine buy-in across teams and stakeholders. You will sharpen your communication and influence skills that turn a good case into real momentum.  And you will leave equipped to plan, launch, and lead change initiatives that actually take hold - with a concrete path to move your own priority forward.

  • Increased Influential Power: Sharpen your ability to shape decisions, overcome political roadblocks, and lead successfully through ambiguity.
  • Real-World Application: Walk away not with abstract theories, but with a practical toolkit and a personalized action plan built to solve your immediate workplace challenges.
