Sarah Andrews has been with Lehigh’s Vistex Institute for Executive Education since its inception in 2016. With over a decade of experience in learning and development in both in-house and executive education settings, her passion is in promoting lifelong learning and designing programs that advance individuals and organizations through high-impact programs rooted in adult learning theory. Her expertise includes organizational development, program design, development, and management (in online, face-to-face, and hybrid settings), and leveraging learning technologies.
As the executive director, Sarah is responsible for leading and growing Lehigh’s specialized business and leadership development programming. She is involved in all aspects of executive programs, from the initial planning and needs assessment stage through development, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring an excellent learning experience for all Vistex Institute clients and program participants.
Before her current role, Sarah spent nearly 5 years with Lehigh’s executive education center in roles focused on instructional design, program logistics, and strategy for both open enrollment and customized executive education programs. Before Lehigh, she spent over four years with NAFSA: Association of International Educators in Washington, D.C. in roles of increasing responsibility in the learning and development and event management fields.
Sarah holds an MBA from Lehigh University College of Business in Bethlehem, PA and also earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA.
