After completing her undergraduate studies at Tulane University, Dr. Washington worked in the banking industry. She subsequently earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and then worked for several years in the automotive industry. Eventually, her love for learning and passion for teaching compelled her to leave the corporate environment for academia. To that end, she earned her PhD in Business Administration at Temple University.
