
Haoyan Sun received her Ph.D. in Information Systems from Forster School of Business at University of Washington. Her research applies empirical methods to study the problems related to the effect of emerging technologies on user behavior, business strategy, and platform dynamics. She applies econometric modeling, Bayesian analysis, and social network analysis in different topics of research. Sun has several articles under review, and has published and presented her work at various premier IS conferences such as International Conference of Information Systems (ICIS) and Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST). She also had various consulting experiences in different industries and tech companies.
