Deirdre is a seasoned marketing and communications professional who has led marketing initiatives and teams in both the for-profit and non-profit realms. In her roles, she has contributed to organization-wide growth through new product development, promotions planning, lead generation, and partnerships. Her experience at Pepsi-Cola offered the opportunity to develop brand strategies and apply the full marketing mix as part of a best-in-class consumer products organization. In her recent role heading up marketing at the non-profit RENEW International, she applied digital approaches including social media, search marketing, video storytelling, and marketing/sales automation platforms.
Deirdre has a deep commitment to and interest in the non-profit sector. In addition to her professional work within a social enterprise, she continues to serve on volunteer boards and provides pro bono consulting to organizations to develop mission-driven marketing outreach.
Deirdre is enthusiastic about bringing her practical experience and insights to Lehigh students within the classroom and through mentoring.
