The Center for AI and Business Transformation (CAIBT) is led by three Lehigh faculty members whose work spans strategy, information systems, and applied AI and analytics, supported by a growing network of student research associates and affiliate faculty.

Director
Researches digital transformation and AI strategy, with industry roots in analytics startups and consulting for organizations including Lockheed Martin and American Airlines.
Kofi Arhin, Ph.D.
Associate Director
Researches the design and ethical implementation of AI systems, with a focus on responsible human-AI interaction in organizational contexts.
Burak Eskici, Ph.D.
Associate Director
Applies computational and quantitative methods to study AI's impact on organizations and decision-making, drawing on prior work at the World Bank and Harvard.
