Sheila Stotler is Senior Vice President of Product Management at Brinker Capital. In this role, she is responsible for product management and development for investment solutions throughout the product life cycle, including defining the vision, determining investment product requirements, and implementing the investment solution to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives. She has over 25 years of investment industry experience.
Prior to this role, Sheila held various positions within the company’s investments, strategic planning, online services, and marketing departments. Before joining Brinker Capital, Sheila worked as a Product Planner at SEI.
Sheila is a member of the Women in Insurance and Financial Services national chapter and is an active board member of the Philadelphia/Tri-County chapter. She is also a member of the Money Management Institute Leadership Pathway Committee. Sheila received her Bachelor of Science from Millersville University and her Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. She is Lean Six Sigma certified through Villanova University, holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.
As a financial services industry ambassador, Sheila works with various associations to create and educate high school and college students on career opportunities within the industry, as well as promote authenticity, personal brand, and self-confidence. Sheila’s passion and advocacy for the professionals working in the financial services industry mirror the country’s demographic and is aligned with the industry’s diversity and inclusion initiative.
