Brita Turner '04

Global Head of M&A Integration, eBay

Brita Turner '04 is a digital executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth and transformation across global companies including IBM, Amazon, Godiva, and eBay. A graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in finance, she also earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with a focus in corporate strategy. Turner has built her career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and digital commerce. 

Turner joined eBay to deepen her experience in technology and Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem. During her time at eBay, she has held leadership roles across strategy, Home & Garden, and Collectibles, one of eBay's largest categories focused on trading cards, sports memorabilia, comic books, and enthusiast communities. 

While leading within Collectibles, Turner helped drive several strategic acquisitions before transitioning into eBay's finance organization to lead mergers and acquisition strategy and integration. Today, as global head of M&A Integration, she leads a team of eight and has completed more than 10 strategic acquisitions and investments representing over $2 billion in value. 

Based in Mountain View, California, Turner lives with her husband and Italian greyhound, Stella. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel, modern art, and reading. She also serves on Lehigh University's Board of Trustees and is passionate about mentoring students interested in careers in technology, finance, and leadership.
