Before joining Lehigh’s faculty, Stephanie served as the COO/General Counsel of a boutique investment advisory firm focused on utility-scale renewable financing. She has also held legal and business roles at a large law firm and in the banking industry. Stephanie is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and holds several FINRA licenses, including the 7, SIE, 24, and 99. Outside of teaching at Lehigh, Stephanie provides legal consulting services to corporate clients.
Stephanie is an active member of the greater Lehigh Valley community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Parkland Community Library and an advisory panel for Community Action Lehigh Valley’s Sixth Street Shelter. She provides pro bono consulting services for various non-profits in the greater Philadelphia area through Compass Pro Bono. Stephanie also serves as a Level 1 coach for a local youth mountain biking team. Previously, Stephanie was a trustee for the Circle of Seasons charter school in Fogelsville, PA, and a legal observer for the Lehigh County ballot canvassing during the 2020 election.
In addition to her classroom teaching, Stephanie has held workshops for students relating to the LSAT Exam, the Bar Exam, FINRA licensing exams, and non-compete provisions in job offers, and participated in panels discussing, among other things, how conflicting state laws can impact businesses and how state and corporate policies can alleviate wage gaps.
