
Sae Hoon Chang is an assistant teaching professor of marketing at Lehigh University’s College of Business whose research focuses on digital customer engagement, influencer genuineness, and AI-driven text analytics.
He began his career in finance and corporate strategy as a CPA, spending formative years with companies such as The J. M. Smucker Company, Starbucks, and Mercedes-Benz, where data-oriented projects drew him toward marketing analytics.
Motivated to unite rigorous theory with real-world insight, he earned a Ph.D. in marketing from Queen’s University in Canada and now channels that industry-academic blend into his teaching and scholarship.
