Matthew Ma

Matthew Ma is an associate professor in the department of accounting at Lehigh Univeristy College of Business. Ma obtained a Ph.D. from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. 

Prior to starting an academic career, Ma was an external auditor at KPMG. Ma earned a Master of Accounting from Bentley University and Bachelor's in Accounting from Sun Yat-sen University, China. 

Ma's work has been published in top accounting journals including the Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, the Review of Accounting Studies, and Management Science.
