Do you have questions about RCBC consultations?
See our frequently asked questions below. If your question is not covered, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We're happy to answer your questions!
Usually our sessions last for 30 minutes to an hour but we are quite flexible on time because we aim to provide help based on your needs.
We specialize in the needs of undergraduate business students. If you are a business major or are taking a business course, we’re here for you.
We respond to emails during our open consultation hours. We usually respond with feedback in 24 hours. If you send a draft when we are closed, we will respond on the next working day.
During Zoom meetings, we can directly communicate with you so it is much easier for us to understand your needs and provide feedback immediately. Meanwhile, if there is any new feedback, we will communicate with you via follow-up emails. However, we do know that you may feel uncomfortable sitting in front of a camera, and we may have time conflicts.
You can state your needs and attach all the files we may need via email. In this way, you do not have to spend a lot of time and we will give feedback after we finish our work, which is very flexible. However, it takes time to write comments, we may have questions about your assignment or your goals, and we cannot talk with you directly to help solve your problems.
Yes! If you’re a Lehigh student who wants to create strong business communication, we will also help with interviews, side projects, case competitions, and more.
No need to. We provide the sessions based on your questions and needs so if you want to generate some ideas for your projects, we can help you brainstorm and make a plan. You can visit us at any stage of your project development. And you are welcome to consult more than once for a single project, so you can come early for help planning, then later to work on improving a completed draft.
One day in advance is best. However, you are welcome to schedule an appointment any time before our open hours.
You can visit our website home page and use the link to schedule an appointment.
- Bring your draft or outline or any progress you’ve made so far.
- Bring your assignment and class notes that may be useful in creating your project.
- If you have a laptop or tablet to work with, bring it. If not, we can work using our devices.
